Job Description-

Develop and maintain scalable MERN stack applications with a focus on responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Integrate Tailwind CSS into the front-end architecture, ensuring consistent and efficient styles across the application.

Collaborate with design teams to implement UI/UX designs that align with business requirements.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Stay updated on the latest developments in MERN stack technologies and Tailwind CSS

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer.
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js .
Expertise in integrating and utilising Tailwind CSS for responsive and modern UI.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with state management libraries, such as Redux.
Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of other CSS frameworks and preprocessors.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
Understanding of SEO best practices for web development.
