Role- Frontend Developer (React and React Native)
Location: Bangalore.
Working Days: 5 Days WFO

Objective: We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with experience in React and React Native to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building elegant and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our startup.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement pixel-perfect designs and integrate with backend APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and provide timely resolution.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated proficiency in building user interfaces with React and React Native.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a proactive attitude towards exploring new technologies and techniques.
