Role- Frontend Developer (React and React Native)

Location: Bangalore.

Working Days: 5 Days WFO

Experience: 2-5yr

Objective: We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with experience in React and React Native to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building elegant and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our startup.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
  2. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement pixel-perfect designs and integrate with backend APIs.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  4. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
  7. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and provide timely resolution.
  9. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in building user interfaces with React and React Native.
  3. Previous experience working in a startup environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents.
  4. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  5. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  10. A passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a proactive attitude towards exploring new technologies and techniques.
