About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Partnership Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully connecting with brands and closing deals at competitive prices. As a Brand Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential brand partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential brand partners within the FMCG/Retail sector.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that align with company objectives and deliver value to both parties.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand partnerships, preferably within the FMCG/Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing partnership deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience working with leading brands in the FMCG/Retail sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
