Role: MicroStrategy Lead- Data & Analytics

Job Description-

The candidate should have 7-9 years of experience working with MicroStrategy, including developing and administering enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

 Design, develop, and implement MicroStrategy reporting and analytics solutions that meet business needs.

 Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical specifications.

 Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in MicroStrategy.

 Lead efforts to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of MicroStrategy infrastructure.

 Administer MicroStrategy environment, including upgrades, patching, and security management.

 Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure that development standards are met.

 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other MicroStrategy developers and administrators.

 Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the development process.

Qualifications-

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

 7-9 years of experience working with MicroStrategy, including developing and administrating enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions.

 Strong proficiency in MicroStrategy development, including Report Services, Dashboards, Intelligent Cubes, and Visual Insights.

 Experience administering MicroStrategy environments, including upgrades, patching, and security management.

 Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and database design.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to lead a team of developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
