Role: Tech Lead / SDE - 2

Mode: 5 days, WFO

Exp Range: 6-9 yrs

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in gathering requirements and architecting solutions for Enterprise SaaS products.
• Design, develop, and deploy user-friendly and responsive frontend interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Implement backend logic and APIs using server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Design and implement databases and data models to effectively support application requirements.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance product functionality and efficiency.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the QA team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to Enterprise SaaS development, and incorporate them into project strategies as appropriate.
• Document code, processes, and procedures to facilitate future reference and knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (6-9 years) in software development with a focus on Enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience in building scalable APIs.
• Proficiency in database design and implementation, with experience in SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs into products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and driving successful project outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
