Role: Product Designer
Location: Goa, Remote working available
Exp range:- 4-5 yrs
Roles and Responsibilities:
- • Envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that final product surprises and delights the customer
- Taking on complex tasks and transforming them into easy to use designs for first time user to sophisticated users
- Conceptualise and designs that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
- Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
- 5+ years in Product Design and UX
Education & Skills :
- Master/ Bachelor Degree in Design
- Design (UI & UX)
- Experienced designing and thinking in design systems translating complexity to simplicity
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
- Strong Leadership and Management skills to motivate team
- Proactive communication and collaboration with other teams to achieve a holistic view of product design complying with company goals and being user friendly and well designed.
- Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
