Position: Deputy Manager-Analyst
Education: Any graduate / postgraduate.
Experience: min 5-8 years
Roles and responsibilities:
• Gather and organize relevant data from various sources.
• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Data Analysis:
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns.
• Use data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
3. Report Generation:
• Create and maintain in-depth reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop dashboards to provide a comprehensive overview of data insights.
• Preparation of presentations of various reviews.
• Preparing benchmarking analysis – offering wise
4. Problem-solving:
• Assist in identifying and resolving data-related issues or discrepancies.
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to data analysis challenges.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and understand business needs.
• Share insights and findings with team members and stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Adaptability:
• Be flexible and adapt to changes in data requirements or analytical approaches.
• Handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance analytical skills.
7. Tools Proficiency and CRM Knowledge
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel (incl. VBA), SQL, etc.,
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools like SFDC, Tableau etc.,
• Experience in UAT activities.
8. Documentation & Repository:
• Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes for future reference.
• Ensure that documentation is clear and accessible to team members.
Desired Candidate:
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Any graduate / postgraduate.
• Good communication skills
