Working Days: 6 Days/ WFO

Experience: 6-10 years

Requirements:

 Must have experience of 6 to 8 years in Banking collection & Agency Management

 Shall be responsible for building a team & business generation through them

 Will have to handle the entire Bangalore Geography initially

 Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and logging in the Overdue Collections

 Must have experience in sourcing business from Builders and under-construction projects

 Must have exposure to team handling role

 New Initiatives

 Portfolio Management

 Taking care of team productivity and business

 Achieving the geo targets

 Manage both internal & external channels for business expansion &
development

 Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases
are put up for approval

 Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for business in the Allocated Branch.

 Required Experience

 Experience in Home Loan / LAP through Builder segment / APF

 Should have had exposure to Approved Project Financing

 Should have handled a team of Area / Cluster Managers under him/her
