Role- Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's revenue growth by leveraging your deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. You will be directly responsible for engaging with brands and publishers, understanding their marketing needs, and bringing in campaign briefs that align with our capabilities. Your expertise will not only be in sales but also in building and
nurturing long-term relationships that benefit all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients among brands and publishers to bring in new business opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively selling the company’s advertising solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Serve as the main point of
contact for client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Campaign Management: Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure that campaign briefs are executed to the client's specifications and expectations. Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the digital advertising space. Use insights to identify new sales opportunities and to inform the development of new products or services.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the company's business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the digital advertising industry, specifically working with brands and publishers.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, advertising platforms, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at all levels within an organization.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
