Job Description —Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented, driven, and energetic Marketing Manager for a fast-growing, global portfolio.

The individual is responsible for creating, planning, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership. The position is both strategic and execution-focused and requires the candidate to have a keen eye toward KPIs. The role is based in

Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

 Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels

 Create and deliver lead-generation campaigns (email programs, social media, account-based marketing, thought leadership, webinars, etc.)

 Evaluate performance across nurture/ drip programs

 Deliver campaign reporting and analytics

 Own overall marketing KPI performance reporting

 Design marketing collateral, including (but not limited to) data sheets, infographics, presentations, case studies, and guides

 Write on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)

 Take complete ownership of website content and maintenance

 Evaluate events to participate and/or sponsor and lead all digital and physical preparations

 Collaborates with product teams to continuously update and improve product information on the website

 Create landing pages for campaigns as required and optimize user experience

 Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize comprehensive UI/UX design for the products

 Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes to help deliver user-friendly products

 Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape

 Research and make recommendations for new lead generation sources

 Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy

 Collaborate with the broader marketing team and other internal and external teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

 General marketing writing, design, or production support as needed

 Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications

 Stay current with marketing trends and recommend best practices to implement

 Engage with industry thought leaders, analysts, influencers, etc. to improve product positioning and company branding

 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as required

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, business, or a related discipline

 5+ years of business marketing experience, preferably with software product organizations

 Demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email/social media/advertising campaigns

 Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

 Experience with customer relationship management (Salesforce, etc) and marketing automation (Pardot/ etc) tools

 Experience with UXPin, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Javascript, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 Comfortable with social media platforms (B2B: LinkedIn)

 Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills

 Must be a driven self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team

 Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas

 Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral

 Can solve problems and recommend solutions

 Ability to display creative thinking skills

 Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
