Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Book closure:- Should have the exposure of managing day to day books- Should have the exposure of managing receivables, margin, cash transactions- Should have exposure of monthly closure of books- Should have exposure in preparation of MIS on a monthly basis

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.- Monitor and analyze key financial indicators and performance metrics.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations.- Support in developing financial models for business projections.

3. Financial Operations:- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and expense management.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.- Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.- Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.

4. Treasury and Cash Management:- Manage company cash flow and requirements, ensuring adequate liquidity.- Forecast cash flow needs and develop strategies to optimize cash management.- Assist in the management of banking relationships, including opening and closing accounts and negotiating banking services.- Perform financial analysis related to working capital requirements.

5. Financial Reporting and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and government regulations.- Assist in the preparation of financial and regulatory reports, including tax returns, GST returns, and annual financial statements.- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities, providing necessary documentation and resolving any audit queries or issues.

6. Financial Systems and Controls:- Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to safeguard company assets.- Assist in the development and implementation of internal control procedures and policies.- Support in the implementation and optimization of accounting and financial management software.

7. Team Management and Collaboration:- Provide supervision and guidance to finance team members, if applicable.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial expertise and support to other departments.- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

· S/he will define and execute a strong and ethical financial organization. And be known for his/her highest level of ethical practices

· Experience: Interim CA with minimum 5-6 years of experience or CA with 4 years of experience.

· Candidates should have working knowledge on the operations of the market place model, accounting, and reconciliations with several payment gateways and marketplace partners.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities

· Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking and self-driven leader

· Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.
